It was a very satisfying experience working with Vicky on the sale of one property and the purchase of another property. Vicky did a thorough analysis of the market for my property and actually got an offer which was considerably higher than had I set the price. She went above and beyond in getting the property ready to put on the market. This was especially helpful because our property was a vacation property which we weren’t there to carry out because we were in another city. Furthermore, she help realtor open houses and target audience social events to generate interest. And it was at one such function that the buyer was found. Vicky also took care of all of the little details (again, in our absence) to shepherd the deal to a successful close. We have gotten to know Vicky and her husband on a personal level, after interacting with them a great deal throughout the process. Vicky was absolutely amazing!!! We were military living in Germany, and she walked us through buying our very first home!! She helped navigate us through our VA loan options. Vicky is the best!! We were overseas trying to buy a home in Florida ahead of our move.
